Amazon Fulfilled Shipments reports

If you are an Amazon FBA seller, do note that from April 8, 2021, the Amazon Fulfilled Shipments report will no longer provide sellers with information such as the customer’s name and street address.

This policy change aims to prevent sellers from mailing promotional postcards to consumers or use Amazon buyer data to create lookalike audiences on other platforms to conduct off-platform transactions. This affects your marketing campaigns if you are building a lookalike audience on Facebook advertisement etc.

However, self-delivery sellers or easy ship sellers can still access seller customer details, while FBA sellers do not have the right to access it.
