Since long, we are facing highest hike in fraud with return orders. We receive used / damage / different or fake products in return packets.
As per flipkart’s policy we have to take appropriate images as per their guidelines and submit SPF claim for the same.
BUT flipkart now a days, instead of reducing such fraud activities, rejecting many claims.
Though we are ready to provide video evidence of order packing and return packet opening, flipkart denies to approve SPF claim which causes us big loss. Loss of product + loss of expenses
ANYONE faced same issue / Have some solution ? Please guide.
Even there is no any contact other than seller support who response just like recorded sounds. They don’t have any other knowledge than recorded parameters only.
Since long, we have not found any higher authority contact.
